The Technology Oasis project in Shanghai is designed around two main strategies; one a circular traffic system connecting the surrounding areas with the central section. The other is that each zone is designed with different characteristics, materials and elements, allowing companies setting up in the Oasis to select designs and areas that best suit their corporate image. Each has different vantage points, enriching the perception of space and the connection with open public areas. Small hanging gardens and inner courtyards provide staff and users with further amenities.
